• This product, when applied to the mattress, offers incomparable comfort as each part of the body is supported according to the weight and pressure exerted,
  preventing unnatural postures that force muscles to contract to support the neck, back, lumbar, and cervical areas. Due to its characteristics, it is particularly
  recommended as an anti-decubitus product for the healthcare sector (leg supports, anatomical pillows, anatomical seats, etc.).
• This top layer features the AIRYFORM vertical perforation system. This system incorporates multiple vertical perforations into the mattress, significantly
  increasing the volume of moving air within the core. This improves air circulation within the mattress, making full use of the polyurethane foam’s elastic quality by
  pumping air more frequently, ensuring a high level of breathability and hygiene.
• The vertical perforations of the AIRYFORM system are distributed across 7 zones based on the mattress’s areas of greatest pressure. Zones needing
  greater pressure resistance have fewer perforations, while zones requiring less pressure resistance have more perforations, creating diversified firmness
  across the same mattress.
• Removable mattress cover.

Bottom layer

• 16 cm, 30SV Articulated.
• Profiled base on its lower side, SINUS type, facilitating mattress articulation and improving transverse air circulation within the mattress.
• The entire mattress is equipped with the AIRYFORM vertical perforation system.

Cover composition

• 1.5 cm viscoelastic foam, 150 gr fiber plus 0,8 cm foam.
• Stretch damask fabric. Fabric made with highly elastic interwoven fibers, offering flexibility, comfort, and elasticity. It perfectly adapts to the morphology
  of the person.
• Highly breathable fabric, generating a continuous, imperceptible airflow, ensuring the mattress is always well-ventilated.
• Contains hygienic treatments acting as a barrier against mites and bacteria.

Bottom cover

• 150 gr fiber quilted stretch fabric.

Side band

• 4 horizontal handles, unembroidered, to facilitate mattress handling.
• Champagne-colored piping on the upper edge of the wall and trim on the lower part.

Inner cover

• 100% polyester composition, made of English knit with a zipper.
• Protects the mattress on all sides.

Double Pant Mattress

• It is the mattress option for articulated beds.
  Prevents movements during sleep from being felt by the other person, as there
  are two independent zones within the same mattress.
• These models are joined at the center, providing more support when the
  articulated beds are in motion.
