Structure

• Frame made of 50 x 20 mm thermohardened epoxy enamelled steel tube.
• High impact resistance, and optimal durability and maintenance.
• Reinforced bed base for optimal performance.
• Reinforced and high resistance articulation planes so that they can support the weight, when the articulation plane of the feet is elevated.
• Nylon inner jacketed joint union to avoid rubbing and noise on the rotation axes.
• All supports of the frame with the bed are protected with plastic pieces to avoid impacts.
• Base anchoring support formed by two 50 x 20 mm steel tubes arranged transversely, providing more rigidity to the frame.

Bed

• 30 x 20 mm steel tube bed enamelled in thermoset epoxy.
• 18 mm thick MDF board with 3D upholstered finish
• Five articulated planes by double motor with wireless control.
• Plastic parts are included in the support of the mobile planes to avoid noise.
• Nylon washers in all joints.
• Steel arch in the foot area to retain the mattress.
• Packaging made with heat-shrinkable plastic and corners protected with polyethylene foam.
• Plastic inserts in the lifting support elements of the head plane to prevent noise.
• All models have instructions and declaration of conformity and labeling.
