Structure
- Frame made of 50 x 20 mm steel tubing with thermosetting epoxy coating.
- High impact resistance, and optimal durability and ease of maintenance.

when the footrest is raised. - Internally sleeved nylon articulation joint to prevent chafing and noise on the
swivel axes. - All frame-to-bed contact points are protected with plastic pieces to prevent
impacts. - Leg anchoring support formed by two 50 x 20 mm steel tubes arranged
transversely, providing greater frame rigidity.
Bed
- Bed frame made of 30 x 20 mm steel tubing, coated with thermosetting epoxy.
- Slats machined from 8 mm thick natural beech wood, flexible plywood with an embossed aluminum foil coating. Beech wood slats are of higher quality and resistance. They better withstand humidity and weight.
- Slats machined with an ergonomic design to prevent mattress deformation in these areas.
- Slats mounted on double oscillating Hytrel supports, which offer great elasticity and resistance to deformation. They allow the slats to adapt to different body weights.
- Double row of oscillating butterfly supports, with back support via the SSIL system, which allows for quick adjustment to a new position, making rest as comfortable as possible.
- Backrest system with sliding or reclining and lifting capabilities. This system consists of a mechanism that allows the backrest to slide forward from the lumbar region and simultaneously lift. This sliding movement helps reduce pelvic pressure.
- Five articulated sections controlled by a dual motor with wireless remote.
- Plastic components are included in the supports of the movable sections to prevent noise.
- Nylon washers are used at all joints. A steel frame at the foot of the bed secures the mattress.
- Packaging is made with heat-shrink plastic, and the corners are protected with polyethylene foam. All models include instructions, a declaration of conformity, and labeling.
